The two plans differ only with regard to the amount of the retirement contributions made for you in your capacity as an employee:<\/p>\n<p><b>Basic plan<br \/>\n<\/b>Your retirement contributions amount to 40 per cent, and those of\u00a0your employer to 60 per cent.<\/p>\n<p><b>Plus plan<br \/>\n<\/b>Your retirement contributions and those of your employer are the\u00a0same, with the amount contributed by your employer remaining\u00a0unchanged and your own contributions being increased.
